The OGP is a unique international coalition of governments committed to the ideals of transparency, accountability and participation. Rhea is a civically engaged citizen. She is city commissioner for the South Asian community and she needs a communication tool to connect communities and organizations so their voices are heard throughout all levels of local government.
Now that Kevin is a homeowner, he is actively engaged with the city’s government. He’s trying to upgrade his house and is struggling to get the right permit. He is frustrated with the nebulous channels and feels his concerns are being ignored.
